We realize that to understand the 'nature of life' is through 'truth in Being' and learning to live with positive thinking and approach to life through an enlightened consciousness. Americans are tired of being powerless in a world filled with so many difficulties. The concerns faced on a daily basis keep us struggling and second guessing. The onslaught confronted daily causes us to prioritize and address that which is most important and leave everything else for others to attend to believing they will do the best job. Our focus is taking care of the immediate. We do not have time to contemplate the or even question all that is presented by the media, our politicians, our doctors, health care professionals, our teachers and other concerning aspects in our lives. We cannot be an expert in every filed and understanding the greater complexities of life. We are so busy maintaining, putting out fires as they come up and trying to squeeze in some fun down time, we don’t have time to consider our greatest potentials and realize our once held American dreams. We are sick and tired of being ... sick and tired. We need change. We have to reclaim our well being and find our power by changing how we approach life and all that we do.This moves beyond just using positive critical thinking and a positive proactive approach to living. By understanding some simple truths beyond the movie 'The Secret' of being positive and envisioning what we want. By reclaiming a broader understanding, some simple truths, some forgotten knowledge and becoming more open and in tune, we can learn to navigate a more fulfilling future.
Life in America today is riddled with so information and many different issues that we only address surface issues or what is directly in front of our eyes. We live with blinders to accomplish what we believe we are capable of accomplishing. Our struggle is filled with the feelings of being disconnected, being unable to change the circumstances, being alone, being 'too busy', being stressed or overwhelmed, and being sorry or guilt ridden for not achieving more. Life is a complicated web of information and disinformation with no manual on how to navigate any one area we face each moment. How do we know truth? Who do we believe? What should we do? We find ourselves addressing what we can and moving on. There is no time for considering 'our calling' in life or the 'essence of being.' These voices are silenced early in our experience.
The system of our culture in which we operate is based on a set of beliefs (fear-based) that does not match the ideals that we are being raised to uphold (inspiration-based). We try and try again to achieve all we set out to achieve, and at times we fall short. There is a feeling that when we get ahead, something in life throws us a curve ball. We don't understand why or how to make it stop? We do our best at any moment and pray that what every the situation we can still get up to live another day.
Through the complications, distractions and deceptions, we find ourselves disconnected from 'who we are,' 'why we are here' and 'what we can do.' Somewhere in our past the wisdoms of our origins that grounded us and gave us roots, were lost. The movie, 'Once Were Warriors' speaks to this truth. Many throughout history had their lives, their land and their truths stolen from them. This disconnection brings a division within us. Without this knowledge and understanding, we have lost our souls which keeps us connected, enlighten our being and allow us to soar. This is the truth of life and the real meaning of well being. Without these connections how can we stay positive and believe in anything? We have become disconnected from our neighbors, those in our communities and the rest of our world. The divisions in our lives are reflected in our souls and in our societies. These ripples are felt around the world.
In life today, we go along 'getting by' until some event, which is so devastating, wakes us up. We then realize how far we have drifted from what we believe and where we want to be. We have fallen asleep and have lost our way. Death, heart ache, sickness or a variety of issues pulls at 'our heart strings' trying to remind us of all that we have forgotten. We feel the pains that echo in our souls. We know things have to change. Somehow everyone seems to have a different answer, but what is the right answer? The fog is too deep to see clearly. We can't seem to find our direction. We wait, hoping for a solution to arise and bring forth an answer. The unrest drives us, but our path is uncertain. We want to act, but are lost on where and how. We need to wake up and we have to do something!
ShapingThyspirit.com is not here to give answers. In truth, no one person has lived in your shoes, nor can make the best decision for you and your life. Instead ShapingThyspirit.com is here to be an anchor and a compass that helps us steer the right path in our own lives. There are many assumptions that we are raised with in America today that actually keeps us from realizing our own potentials and our own power. Life actually is set up to make us feel lost, alone and wounded. Many days it can be too much and no wonder way we are sick and tired of being sick and tired. Our society wants to keep us in this passive and ineffective state. The disconnection creates holes in our heart that keeps us from discovering all the abundance and beauty that we already have in this world. This separation divides our beings and our world. This feeling of scarcity and deprivation sends our anger, fear and shame into rages that causes man’s inhumanity to man. The problems in life that actually represent the reflections of our soul have only been getting worse. We find ourselves going crazy living in an insane world. Most of us feel so disconnected and disempowered; we don't even attempt to make a difference in any part of life, half less in our world. The sad point is some of us feel trapped in our own homes and even in our own bodies.
The truth is we are very powerful beings. We hold secrets in inside ourselves that when tapped into and used in alignment with all of life brings forth the wondrous awe each of us long to behold. Many years ago our forefathers and foremothers were silenced and secrets were lost. Holes were torn into our beings to draw us into the search (Joseph Campbell's Hero's Journey) to find the answers we seek. Our souls were shattered and broken into many pieces. These pieces were scattered among the four winds and lost. The time is now to gather ourselves and reconnect within our beings. From there, we can connect with those that have longed for this time to come. We are the ones we have been waiting for. We can reclaim our happiness in life and our love for all that is.
The call is being heard. Changes and preparations are being made. We do not know the 'whys' and 'hows', but we hear the call. We long to feel that which was lost. Our souls want to be healed. We want to be heard. We want to live. It’s time to gather the remnants. We, those who have been lost, are being called home.
ShapingThyspirit.com provides a wealth of information from other bringing forth this new era. The goal is to take all the bits of wisdom from the four winds and weave them back together so that we find ourselves. Here the unrest of our souls can be silenced, and we can remember the power of our beings. Our healed souls can once again be united with each other and all of existence. This connection brings forth our future.
Do not focus on the current state of affairs in our world. They are there as an alarm from our soul. Our goal is to act and create. Trust in ourselves and know that we will find the path before us. Focus on addressing the issues in our lives and making sure that we bring truth to ourselves and all that we do. Don't worry about making others fall in line. Instead, let the focus be on our own journey and our current state of well being. Listen for the inner calling that fits into this puzzle of life. Each of us has our important role during this time. Realize how we line up, not with the outside world, but with what we believe, what we want and that which we know is right. Focus on doing our own soul work, healing ourselves and taking responsibility for the lives we lead. Our actions have far reaching effects. Know that we do not have real power over anyone else. Instead rediscover and realize the power we possess inside. Take the responsibility and from there, answer the call of our soul. This is the time to dedicate ourselves to the birth of a new civilization.
