Priorities
Part of the process of moving beyond surviving to Thrive Right Now is to look at every aspect to life and see how it fits into our internal understanding of this world. One by one we can go through our life and being to ask the question: what is the effect of this on who we are, what we believe and what we want to achieve?
KEYS TO THRIVE RIGHT NOW | Move beyond surviving by going through every ASPECT OF LIFE to reflect our BEST INTENTIONS:
- getting back to basics (securing a strong foundation)
- prioritizing life (building right combination to be ready)
- being ready no matter what life brings (being flexible and movable with flow of life)
Getting back to basics is looking through life to see what is truly important to who we are, what we believe and what we are trying to achieve. As we go through the aspects of our life systematically we can make decisions (which later we can adjust if needed) to what is the most vital down to what is completely irrelevant. What supports our efforts and what takes us away from what we want. Times of crisis tend to help us see more clearly about what is truly important. This creates a foundation for us to operate from.
SIMPLIFIED CHOICES | Every aspect of life has an EFFECT on our WELLBEING. Ultimately when we understand that EFFECT, our CHOICES become SIMPLE:
- what supports our highest wellbeing (strengthening us - life)
- what is toxic to our existence (weakening us - death)
- what is neutral with no effect on our essence (not affecting us)
Once we realize that everything is interrelated and everything has an effect, we can start the process of prioritizing, cleaning and clearing, repairing, rebuilding and fortifying. By moving towards the things that support and strengthen us and moving away from the things that are toxic and weaken us, we create a clear path.
THREE ESSENTIAL STEPS | The Formula for WELLBEING is to achieve these THREE ESSENTIAL STEPS in every ASPECT OF LIFE (in the internal and the external):
- clean & clear to detoxify (releasing all blockages in free flowing energy)
- secure a strong & nourishing foundation (connecting our core essence with all else)
- repair & rebuild to fortify (allowing for free flowing energy)
With a basic understanding about how to start going through all the aspects of our life, we can start addressing the big questions or the most urgent issues. Here are some basic samples of questions.
- What is the value of education?
- What does wellness mean to us?
- What is the responsibility of the government & its citizens?
- What is our chosen profession?
- What is our family life?
- What are our values, traditions & beliefs?
- What communities do we participate and belong within?
- Where do we live?
- What do we support?
- What is worth fighting for?
- What is life and the meaning of this experience?
- What is true, real and what is illusion, denial?
- What are we passing down to our children?
Every person in this world would go through this process and create a different priority list. Not one list or another would be the right list. What is truly important here is that the list is true to our personal intentions, beliefs and the goals we hold dear in life. Our priority list either reflects our truest selves or does not.
The definition of sin is not transgression against some external law: divine law or moral law set by the culture. The true definition of sin is missing the mark. This is a transgression against our internal law: the divine or moral law of our inner psyche. The point is: what is 'the mark'? Can I decide the mark for you or you for me? In truth 'the narrow gate' is 'the mark' within the central essence of our own being. This is the personal relationship with our creator, our core essence of who we are. We are either being true to ourselves or we are not. We hit the mark or we miss. We enter through the narrow gate or we do not. As long as we are allowing others to define our truth, our priorities and our actions, we are missing the mark and missing our true calling in this world.
Life is about being alive. What does this mean? It means being receptive to the environment we are living within and being able to move, adjust, and change to achieve the ends we desire. Our highest aspiration is to live. Death is when we can no longer move, adjust, and change.
Being alive is a dynamic process that needs a strong foundation to operate from and a continuous cycle of adjusting and readjusting to allow for cleaning and clearing what is toxic and repairing and rebuilding what needs to be fortified. This is being able to use our full body and all levels of existence to function in this dimension. We need our whole brain (right and left), our conscious, our unconscious, complete access to all our operating systems and our senses. Being able to access and adjust our biodynamic systems allows us to navigate any environment we find ourselves in. Being able to evaluate, contemplate and access all our functioning is vital to respond in an instance to a given set of circumstances to achieve our desired outcomes.
Once we realize all of life is movement (energy vibrating) and death is non movement (the disconnection from the vibrating energy by no longer receiving the needed energy to move), we can understand that the state of the energy is vital to our wellness. Things that bring our energy down or block the flow of energy is moving us towards death. Things that support our resonance and allow our energy to flow bring more life, the ability to move and function.
Therefore, we can look at our life and realize that positive thoughts, positive environments, positive people, alive fresh spring water, alive high quality food natural and organic foods support us more than toxic, negative aspects that only lower our energy and block the life force that is vital to our wellbeing.
The more we begin challenging the aspects of our life, the more we reveal what is important to our wellbeing. The more we learn and grow in being able to access and use all the tools and gifts within our life.
Having the ability to understand our being beyond the limitations of the material, understanding the effects energetically on every aspect of life, having access to the systems that allow us to function, we move beyond surviving to Thrive Right Now.
Once we go through our life and make the priorities, we can easily put together a plan to assure our wellbeing. We call this plan the Quality of Life Assurance Plan. No plan will be like another. Each of us has to find our own answers that truly meets the needs of our individual lives.
